The Firenze Card is a card valid for 72 hours from the first activation and allows you to enter the main Florentine art sites without to stay in the line.
The Firenze Card is Florence’s official tourist card. It costs €85.00 and allows you to visit approximately 72 museums and monuments in Florence within 72 hours of validation, with no reservations required and, most importantly, without waiting in line. This includes acces to any temporary exibitions on display at the museums, with the exception of Grande Museo del Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery and the Galleria dell’Accademia. Additionally, for the additional of € 7.00 you can travel free on the entire city bus and tram network. Special consideration has been given to minors under 18, who accompained by a family member with Firenze Card, can access these attractions free of charge.

same.
The card is actived upon first use in a museum and is completely
indipendent of the date of purchase.
